About

Each year the State Association invites the over 14,000 Indiana FFA members to attend a three-day convention of leadership workshops, banquets and trade shows. Outstanding Indiana FFA members are also recognized at the annual State Convention. Winners of the Supervised Agricultural Experiences, top teams and individuals in the State Career Development Events and the four Stars over Indiana are all announced at the state convention. The Hoosier FFA Degree recipients are honored and the coming year’s Indiana FFA State Officers are inducted. It is an exciting and enlightening event that is anxiously anticipated each year.

	State Band, Chorus and Talent

Are you a FFA member who can sing, play an instrument or has another unique talent? You can be a part of the Indiana FFA Band, Chorus or Talent at Indiana FFA State Convention! Fill out one of the applications below and show Indiana FFA your talent at State Convention!

There will not be a State Band or Chorus at the 2024 Indiana FFA State Convention.

Talent applications are due by May 10th.

Section Directors are elected at large by the delegates from the 3 districts they represent during the annual State FFA Convention.

Sections are defined as follows:
Section 1 = Districts 1, 2, & 3
Section 2= Districts 4, 5, & 6
Section 3= Districts 7, 8, & 9
Section 4= Districts 10, 11, & 12

	Media Room

High school FFA members interested in agricultural communications or with journalism backgrounds are needed to work behind the scenes in the media room during the Indiana FFA State Convention, June 19-22, 2023. Media Room staff receive access to the media room headquarters and experiences to help them in the future.

Opportunities include:
• News & information: prepare news releases, assist with media contacts and help prepare social media posts
• Photography: capture photos of awards winners, general convention happenings and other special events
