Through a Lilly Endowment grant a mentorship program for beginning Indiana Agriculture teachers was re-established. Mentoring Indiana Beginning Agriculture Teachers (MI-BAT) connects beginning teachers with experienced mentors. It also provides professional development and other opportunities.
